1. Initial Consultation
We offer an in-home consultation to discuss your project and provide a formal price quote under no obligation. We invite you to take advantage of our years of experience to explore the possibilities for your space.

2. Custom Design
If you are ready to move ahead with the project, we request a 20% payment of the contract price. We then begin working on the drawing set for your project. We will review this with you and discuss any questions or changes. During this phase, we will highlight the details of your project with 3D renderings and dimensioned drawings.

3. Build
When you are happy with the final design, we schedule a second site meeting to re-confirm measurements, provide material samples for approval, and require a 60% payment towards the construction of your project. We can then begin crafting your piece(s) in our Brooklyn studio.

4. Delivery & Installation
The majority of construction takes place in our studio; this minimizes the amount of time for installations so that there is as little disruption to your home as possible. All installation is done by our own crafts people who are trained to make sure installation is done precisely.
